  • PARC Retirement Living is proposing an independent living seniors residence, below market rental suites and renewed commercial retail along Austin Avenue.

  • The 20-storey mixed use tower envisions 155 seniors residences and 12 below market rental apartments, commercial retail along Austin Avenue, underground parking, and renewed landscaped street fronts on both Austin and Ridgeway Avenues.

  • In addition to the street front retail, the seniors residence will contribute to the economic vitality of the neighbourhood through 20+ full time professional and service employment positions.
